Please call your nearest clinic to book your appointment. If you know which vaccinations you need in advance of booking your appointment this will help us speed up the booking process. If you aren't sure which vaccinations you need for your destination, you can visit www.fitfortravel.nhs.uk. This is the NHS public information site, which we also use within our clinic. .

  • Please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment to allow time to complete your travel forms.

  • For anti-malarials only: Please note that if you only require anti-malarials, you can walk-in without an appointment and our qualified pharmacist will be able to dispense these for you.

  • Please note, we are a Private Travel Health Clinic and we charge a £10 fee for consultation/advice which is redeemable against any vaccinations or anti malarials provided at the time of the appointment. Some vaccines may be obtained free of charge from your own GP Practice. Please contact your GP directly for more information.

Travel Vaccinations

Your destination, the time of year, the type of accommodation, the length of stay and your life style can all influence the vaccination protection you may require.

At the Aberdeen Travel Health Clinic, we use the TRAVAX computerised travel advice service and www.fitfortravel.nhs.uk which are updated regularly to help assess your risks and advise you on the most appropriate course of vaccination.

Try to book your appointment 6 weeks in advance of travelling, and take as much information with you about your current travel vaccination status so that we can recommend the best course of treatment for you and your family.

YELLOW FEVER

We are delighted to announce that we are now offering yellow fever vaccinations at our Aberdeen Clinic. Please note that due to a shortage of yellow fever vaccinations within the UK, all bookings must be made in advance. Please call our clinic to discuss your requirements.

Travelling last minute? You may still need vaccinations. Book now...it's better late than never.

Travel Health Advice & Travel Accessories

The most important thing on holiday is yourself - kept in the best health possible. If you've been putting off your dental check-up, or need other routine medical matters - you should consider dealing with these before you go. Medical and dental care outside Europe and the EU may not meet EU standards and can be very expensive.

Pop in past, or call our clinic in advance of your journey to ensure you have the best travel health advice possible.

We also stock a large range of travel accessories including first aid kits, mosquito nets, insect repellants, flight socks and more. Use our in-store holiday check list to help you prepare for your journey!
